EVALUATION OF SOAKING EFFICIENCY/TEWL Transepidermal water loss **

The decrease in TEWL (transepidermal water loss) confirms that the skin barrier has not been altered and that the product has a protective effect on the integrity of the stratum corneum. The maximum decrease (-14.7 % compared to untreated) was recorded after 60 minutes and the barrier effect is maintained after 360 minutes (-14.1 % compared to untreated).
