Payment methods

To ensure a secure and convenient shopping experience, we offer the following payment methods:

• Credit card payment via STRIPE or GPay - A fast and secure payment method that enables payments with all major debit and credit cards.
• Bank transfer - After completing the order, you will receive all the necessary information for the bank transfer. The order will be processed after receipt of payment.

Shipping conditions

We make sure that your order reaches you quickly and safely under the following conditions:

• Minimum order value: 50 EUR (excl. VAT).
• Free shipping for orders over 490 EUR (excl. VAT).
• For orders under 490 EUR net, the shipping costs for the first item are a flat rate of 19,90 EUR (excl. VAT). For each additional item up to an order value of EUR 490 net, we charge pro rata packaging costs of 2,90 EUR (excl. VAT).
• From an order value of 490,01 EUR netshipping and packaging is included.

Estimated delivery time: 3 - 7 working days.

In order to be able to offer you the widest possible selection of items, we access both our warehouse in Austria and our central warehouse in the EU. The average delivery time for stock items to Austria is approx. 3 - 7 working days.

Shipping is carried out by Parcel service express courierand the delivery time may vary depending on the destination and product availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
